Tien Tran was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She came to the U.S to follow her dream to become a graphic designer. She loves watching movies, animations, and playing video games since she was a child, and those simple hobbies inspire her a lot in art and help her to have a passion specifically for graphic design. She graduated from San Jose State University in 2022, and now starting her new journey experience and learning different things after graduating. She enjoys creating a variety of works including posters, brochures, brand identity, social media posts and start to explore more on motion graphics, UI/UX, and 3D designs. She is looking forward to polish her design skills in any way possible, as well as learning more from her mentors, colleagues, and create professional connections.
Tien Tran is a graphic designer based in California. She creates design projects for print and digital, all with a clean and colorful aesthetic, using a lot of bold and vibrant colors.
She’s now employed as a Graphic Design Specialist at Roots of Success, leading the InDesign team and supporting other interns as needed. She redesigned Roots of Success’s logo, making it aesthetically more appealing, modern and simple which helps the organization looks more professional. She also created and edited the Green Job Guide Book Volume 1 & 2.
Besides, she’s employed as a Graphic Design Intern at Asian Liver Center at Stanford University. She designed promotional materials including branding, brochures, presentation designs, infographics, advertising, and website layout. She collaborated with Team HBV Vietnam and created graphics to promote their campaigns.
She’s looking for new challenges and new people to meet.
